The Natural Geisha is our most exclusive, premium coffee. Cultivated in micro-lot batches, cherries from the Huila region plucked at perfect ripeness. Carefully grown, monitored, and processed, it is a testament to the principle of striving for excellence. A naturally-processed coffee with a competition-level SCA score of 89, it might just be the best cup of coffee you’ll ever have.
Characteristics and Profile:
Cup with vanilla and peach fragrance, raspberry aroma, curuba (the national fruit of Colombia- sometimes called banana passionfruit), with hints of yogurt. Balanced flavor. Starfruit and Elizabethan grape flavor, with sweet syrup. Citric acid of black grapes, tropical. Medium-high creamy body, cocoa notes, juicy aftertaste.

Process: Natural, 120 hours fermentation
